Short version: Cheeky collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and nothing you do in the app is sent to us.
Player names you type, your chosen game settings, your scores, custom cards you write, and your Daily Question streak are saved only on your device so the app remembers them. Deleting the app deletes them. We cannot see this information.
Premium is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment and shares no payment details with us. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's own privacy policy. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If you turn on the Daily Question reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. No notification service or server is involved and nothing leaves your phone.
At launch the app fetches its card catalogue (a small text file) from our content server so we can add new cards without an app update. This request contains no account or personal data; it carries only a fixed application key (the same for every copy of the app) so that our server serves the file to the app rather than to the open web. Like any internet request, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process your IP address transiently to deliver the file; we do not retain or use it. If the request fails, the app simply uses the cards it already has.
Cheeky is rated 18+ and intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. Your on-device data is under your control at all times.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
